The terms for using visual-insights.org and the sample portal.
These Terms of Use govern your use of visual-insights.org and the sample portal at visual-insights.org/demo (the "Site"), operated by Visual Insights, LLC ("Visual Insights," "we"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. The client portal at portal.visual-insights.org is governed by separate client agreements.
1. Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting it, scraping it in bulk, or using it for anything unlawful.
2. The sample portal
The sample portal is a demonstration. All companies, projects, people, figures and locations in it are fictional, and any resemblance to real ones is coincidental. Its assistant gives pre-written answers. Nothing in the sample portal is a representation about any real business or a guarantee of results.
3. No professional advice
Content on the Site is general information about our services. It is not financial, accounting, legal or tax advice.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, the sample portal and its code, belongs to Visual Insights or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share links to the Site, but may not copy, modify or reuse its content or code without written permission. "Visual Insights" and the Visual Insights logo are our trademarks.
5. Third-party services and links
The Site uses third-party services (such as map imagery, fonts and form handling) and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Visual Insights is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the Site.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, and disputes will be heard in the courts located in Iberia Parish, Louisiana.
