Visual Insights was founded by Kyle Gautreaux after nearly a decade leading business intelligence and analytics teams inside fast-moving, data-heavy organizations. Most recently, as BI Development Manager at an energy sector firm, Kyle built the company's first end-to-end BI architecture from the ground up — data pipelines, warehouses, and lakehouses on Microsoft Fabric — and grew the team's dashboard output from three dashboards built over two years to more than twenty in his first year leading the group.

Along the way, something clicked. Kyle personally led client demos of the internal dashboards his team had built — and watched leadership turn those same dashboards into a brand-new, monetized service line. It confirmed something he'd suspected for years: most businesses aren't short on data. They're short on someone who can turn that data into something people actually want to open — accurate, well-governed, and designed with the same care a brand puts into everything else it puts in front of people.
